Who is it best for?
PS LAX is best for travelers who want to make the airport feel calm, private and effortless. It is especially useful for celebrities, executives, high-profile travelers, families, luxury travelers or anyone who finds the public airport experience stressful, overstimulating or inefficient.
Instead of dealing with terminal traffic, crowded security lines, packed gates and the usual airport stress, PS gives you a private terminal experience set apart from the chaos.
From the moment you arrive, everything feels calmer and more controlled. You have help with your luggage, access to private TSA, luxury spaces to relax in, food and drinks available and a chauffeured ride across the airfield directly to your plane.
It is still commercial flying, but it feels much closer to the rhythm and ease of private aviation.
What makes it different?
The biggest difference is the complete removal of airport friction. LAX can be one of the most stressful airport experiences in the country, especially with traffic, crowds, security lines and gate congestion. PS reimagines that process from start to finish.
Guests arrive at a private terminal, are greeted by a dedicated team and settle into a calm, beautifully designed space before their flight. Instead of navigating the terminal on their own, PS coordinates the details: luggage, security, timing, boarding and transport to the aircraft.
For departures, guests relax at PS before completing a quick private TSA screening and being driven across the airfield directly to the plane. For arrivals, guests can clear Customs and Immigration privately when applicable, receive luggage assistance and avoid the public arrival experience almost entirely.
It is one of those services that sounds extravagant until you experience how much it simplifies the travel day.
The Salon
The Salon is the more social option. It feels like an elevated lounge, but far removed from the typical airport lounge experience. It is designed for solo travelers or small groups who want comfort, service, food, drinks and calm without needing a fully private suite. No kids are allowed in the Salon.
Favorite Part
The best part of PS LAX is how dramatically it changes the feeling of the airport. It takes what is usually the most chaotic part of a trip and turns it into something calm, private and genuinely enjoyable.
The airfield transfer is the moment that makes the experience feel the most special. Being chauffeured directly to the aircraft door is both practical and glamorous, and it completely reframes what commercial travel can feel like.
But the real value is the ease. PS removes so many of the pain points of airport travel: traffic around the terminal, crowded lines, gate anxiety, luggage stress and the general overwhelm of LAX. For the right traveler, that can be worth as much as any upgraded seat on the plane.

The Private Suite is the signature experience' and 'PS Direct is designed for travelers who want privacy, space and a completely controlled environment. Instead of waiting near strangers or navigating a crowded airport, you have a private room where you can relax, eat, take calls, get ready or simply decompress before your flight. Kids are welcome.
The Private Suite
is designed for maximum ease on arrival. Guests are chauffeured directly from the door of the commercial aircraft to their home or hotel, creating one of the smoothest airport exit experiences possible.
PS Direct
Dining is part of what makes PS feel less like an airport service and more like a true hospitality experience. Guests can enjoy complimentary dining from the Executive Chef, along with cocktails, wine and drinks from the bar.
The food and beverage offering is not treated like an afterthought. It is part of the larger feeling that the entire travel experience has been redesigned around comfort. Whether you are having a proper meal before a long flight, a cocktail before boarding or something lighter while waiting, it feels much more personal than a standard airport lounge. The best part is the food is actually really good! We had the soft scrambled eggs and caviar and coconut chia pudding for breakfast. They packed us sandwiches for the flight for lunch.
Food and drinks
Service is the core of the PS experience. From the moment you arrive, the team is there to manage the details that usually make airports stressful. That includes greeting guests, assisting with luggage, coordinating TSA or Customs, managing timing and getting travelers to or from the aircraft.
The best part is that the service feels both polished and practical. It is not luxury for the sake of luxury; it is luxury that solves actual problems. You do not have to guess when to leave the lounge, where to go, how long security will take or whether your luggage is being handled. PS manages the process, so the travel day feels smoother and more controlled.
Service
Amenities vary by experience, but PS guests can expect beautifully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, spa and entertainment amenities, dining, drinks, luggage assistance and private screening.
The biggest amenity, though, is privacy. PS offers a lower-contact, calmer way to fly commercial, which is especially valuable for families, public-facing travelers or anyone who wants to avoid the intensity of a major airport.
The BMW escort across the airfield is also a standout part of the experience. Being driven directly to the cabin door makes boarding feel seamless and cinematic, especially compared with the usual experience of walking through a crowded terminal and waiting at the gate.
