Refreshingly unexpected mocktails for those moments when you need to zero in on something extra...without a catch
For When You Need to Reframe "Meal Prep"
A mojito-like mocktail that turns up the heat and turns down the sugar with fresh lime, mint and jalapeño, built big and poured heavy over ice. Finished with Sprite Zero Sugar and a thick Tajín rim, the Spicy Zerojito is loud on taste, high on contrast and unapologetic about bringing the flavor.
SPicy Zerojito
8–10 fresh mint leaves2–3 fresh jalapeño slices
1½ oz fresh lime juice
½–1 oz agave syrup
Ice (crushed or cubes)
4–6 oz Sprite Zero Sugar (chilled)
Mint sprig to garnish
Ingredients
In a tall glass, add mint leaves, jalapeño slices and agave. Gently muddle just until the mint is fragrant and the jalapeño releases heat (don’t shred the mint).
Pour in lime juice and fill the glass with ice.
Add Sprite Zero Sugar and gently stir to combine.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
Remove top of Sprite Zero Sugar can.
Fill an opened (empty) can of Sprite Zero Sugar with ice
Pour the coconut cream over the ice.
Slowly add Sprite Zero Sugar to keep it from foaming too much.
Add lime juice if using—it brightens the flavor and balances the creaminess.
Garnish with lime wedge and toasted coconut flakes.
Ingredients
12 oz Sprite Zero Sugar, well chilled
1–1½ tbsp unsweetened coconut cream
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Ice
Lime wedge and toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
OPEN CAN
DIRTY SODA
Served in an open Sprite Zero Sugar can, all eyes will be on this over-the-top stunner. With a base of Sprite Zero Sugar, this open can dirty soda gets pushed further with fresh lime and a heavy splash of coconut cream. The result? A rich, citrusy drink that’s meant to look a little messy.

For When THE TEMPS
FINALLY HIT 70°F
1. Prepare the lemon wedge molds
Lightly spray the molds with nonstick spray or brush with a tiny bit of neutral oil.
Place molds on a tray so they’re easy to move to the fridge later.
2. Bloom the gelatin
Pour ½ cup Sprite Zero Sugar into a bowl.
Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the liquid.
Let sit for 5–10 minutes until fully bloomed (it should look wrinkled and absorbed).
3. Heat & degas the Sprite Zero Sugar
In a small saucepan, gently heat the remaining ½ cup Sprite Zero Sugar over low heat.
Do not boil—just warm until steaming. This removes carbonation so the gelatin sets properly.
4. Combine
Add the bloomed gelatin mixture to the warm Sprite Zero Sugar.
Whisk until fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, sweetener and a pinch of salt
5. Fill molds & chill
Carefully pour the mixture into the lemon wedge molds.
Refrigerate uncovered for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
6. Unmold & serve
Gently flex the mold or dip the bottom briefly in warm water to release.
Serve chilled
Ingredients (yields 8-10)
1 cup Sprite Zero Sugar½ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh lemon zest
2 packets unflavored gelatin
2–3 tbsp zero-sugar sweetener (monk fruit or stevia blend)
LEMON-LIME DROP
Mapping out a weeknight menu isn’t only about ways to dress up unseasoned chicken and steamed broccoli. Instead, we’re prepping our evening treat in the form of a Lemon-Lime Drop, spiced up with Sprite Zero Sugar.
