Who should you bring?
Universal Orlando works for everyone. Families will find rides for every age, thrill-seekers can chase all the adrenaline and anyone who loves detailed themed experiences will be in heaven. I’d say seven years old and up can really enjoy the exciting rides Universal has to offer. We visited in November 2025 just before the holiday rush, and it felt lively without being overwhelming. Universal Studios is all about movie magic, Islands of Adventure ramps up the thrills and Epic Universe is unlike anything else in Orlando.
What’s the food like?
Food ranges from quick bites to full-on themed meals. Universal Studios has the classics, including burgers, fries and sweet treats. Islands of Adventure keeps things playful with fun snacks and hearty meals. Epic Universe leans into the theme with dining that feels part of the story. Mobile ordering and plenty of casual seating make grabbing food between rides easy. The Greek restaurant, Mythos, at Epic Universe is the best spot. But the Asian restaurant, Blue Dragon, is a close second for a nice lunch or dinner.
Did you have a good time?
Absolutely. We spent solid time at each park and loved the variety. Lines moved well, rides were smooth and each park had its own rhythm. Moving between parks was simple, and the mix of nostalgia, thrills and immersive worlds kept every day fresh.
What amenities are available?
Universal Orlando makes it easy to spend long days there. Lockers, charging stations and accessible rides are plentiful. Express Pass helps cut down wait times, and Epic Universe turns some lines into interactive experiences. There are shaded spots and indoor areas to rest, and transportation between parks is simple.
How was the service?
Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They kept lines moving, answered questions and made the parks feel organized and welcoming even on busy days.
What was your favorite part?
Hagrid’s Motorbike Ride and Velocicoaster take the cake. The simulator rides like Spiderman and Harry Potter are some of the best simulator rides out there—the tech is superior. At Epic Universe, the attention to detail is incredible. Every land feels lived-in, every ride tells a story and the dining matches the theme so well that it all feels connected. Walking through it is like stepping into another world.
Know before you go:
Plan a full day for each park and extra time for Epic Universe. Express Pass makes a big difference. Wear comfortable shoes, stay hydrated and use the park apps to track wait times. November is ideal with cooler weather and lighter crowds.
