Magnus Lindkvist Futurologist
Whenever “the future” is mentioned as a title or theme, it conjures images of shiny gadgets, burning planets and big words. Useful in books and movies. Less so for leaders and managers. In a real-time world, the future must be transformed from a tirade of clichés into a management tool. Futurologist Magnus Lindkvist spent the pandemic years crafting actionable insights from how companies, entrepreneurs and leaders made “future” an activity, not just a theory. Why is success toxic? What is exaptation and how can it spawn innovation? Why should we follow aliens? And what can we all learn from the Bee Gees? Get answers to these questions and many more during Lindkvist’s keynote.
Cassandra Worthy
This guest keynote distills Cassandra Worthy’s 15 years of corporate merger and acquisition experience into the critical skills that will empower leaders to create and sustain growth through change. You leave with:

What should the human role look like in this new environment?
Compounding disruption in the economic environment and evolving buying dynamics have left many sales organizations scrambling to adapt and meet revenue goals. Advances in artificial intelligence and sales analytics offer some clarity in an uncertain B2B sales world, but these solutions prompt sales leaders to ask: Learn which specific approaches, capabilities and investments must be prioritized to boost revenue growth, seller motivation and customer engagement in a constantly changing B2B landscape.

Disabled people are the largest historically underrepresented group, numbering more than one billion worldwide. When you include friends and family members who will want accessibility, the disability market represents $13 trillion in annual disposable income. Organizations that prioritize accessibility benefit by gaining access to a much larger audience, improving the experience for both disabled and nondisabled people, and facilitating further innovation. Join us for an engaging presentation in which Haben Girma shares how she became an advocate, and what we can do to make our communities more inclusive.

Unlocking Human Performance Through Bold HR Leadership
Disability and Innovation¬
Over the past three years, organizations showed remarkable innovation and responsiveness. HR led the way in transforming work models, embracing workforce flexibility and boosting accountability for employee well-being and equity. This took place out of necessity — extreme disruption forced a level of creativity and experimentation that seemed too risky before. The results expanded the boundaries of what leaders previously thought their people, systems and technologies were capable of achieving. This keynote explores how HR leaders can continue to boldly encourage remarkable change and innovation without a backdrop of extreme disruption driving extreme behavioral change.

In times of economic uncertainty, executive decision making is always looked at acutely. Data, analytics and AI will be more important than ever to every organization.

C. Reimagine Talent Management
Labor market volatility and economic uncertainty has made recruiting operations particularly vulnerable and unstable. G. Reimagine Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
HR leaders must balance the need to deliver business transformation for greater performance and talent outcomes, while operating with rigorous fiscal discipline. And they have selected HR technology as the No. 1 area of investment in 2023 among all priorities, as technology now touches every aspect of employees’ lives. In this track, HR leaders learn how to set up their HR technology strategy, selection, implementation and operation activities in order to improve talent and business outcomes their organizations care about, while optimizing the benefits from emerging technologies and trends in the market.

Leading into 2024, CHROs and HR leaders are faced with new challenges as the erosion of quality work relationships becomes a lasting legacy of the pandemic era. In a world primed to pull people apart, organizations that create fresh opportunities to get employees pulling in new directions, finding greater authenticity, creativity and connection amid fragmentation — and ultimately reaching even higher levels of performance — will prove as most successful. Fundamental to this success will be the ability of HR leaders and their teams to work side by side with shared knowledge and an aligned vision.
