SYNCHRO-CLEAN™ BELT
Our Synchro-Clean food-grade belt family is engineered for direct or proximate contact with food and hygienic products. This belt family features sealed, embedded tension cords to reduce belt stretch, robust pin-splice designs for fast installation and removal, and a special sealed cord construction that enhances cleanability while minimizing contamination risk. Synchro-Clean belts are high performance, durable, easy to clean, and fully customizable to meet the needs of demanding food processing environments. This product family includes our PosiClean™, CenterClean™, and FlatClean™ blue belts.
SYNCHRO-POWER™ WIDE BELT
SYNCHRO-POWER™ WIDE BELT
Our Synchro-Power Wide belt is ideal for high-speed conveying, rapid indexing, bulk product conveying, or as an automated process conveyor belt. The high-strength, uniform tension, and parallel cord construction enables increased production speed and provides better tracking. By eliminating exposed cord, our belt minimizes contamination, making it ideal for hygienic applications. Synchro-Power Wide is also great fit for clean room or washdown environments. Its positive drive feature enables the use of smaller diameter pulleys when compared to flat conveyor belts, offering better performance in a more compact conveyor design.

The LRB-77 live roller belt is engineered for reliable performance in high-speed accumulation conveyor systems. Its abrasion-resistant polyurethane construction provides consistent drive force to carrier rollers while supporting long belt life. Aramid tensile members help maintain proper tension over time, reducing maintenance and downtime. The integrated V-guide geometry is designed for OEM pressure rollers to ensure accurate belt tracking and proper fit in roller grooves.

TWIN POWER™ SYNCHRONOUS BELTS
Due to its double and directly opposite teeth, Twin Power synchronous belts ensure high loading capacity on contrarotating drives and ensure smooth running and high flexibility. They are available with the classical trapezoidal tooth profile and also with the unique GT tooth profile. Twin Power is characterized by extraordinary load-carrying power and high tooth jump resistance, ensuring a positive non-slip drive. In addition, the belt runs at very low noise and requires no lubrication or maintenance.
POWERGRIP™ SYNCHRONOUS BELTS
POWERGRIP™ SYNCHRONOUS BELTS
Built with fiberglass tensile cord, PowerGrip offers power-dense synchronous belts with significantly less backlash and higher precision than roller chain. A nylon tooth facing provides durability for a longer service life and lower maintenance than chain drives. Most PowerGrip belts utilize our optimized GT tooth profile, which provides more tooth ratchet resistance than HTD belts, allowing PowerGrip to support a greater load and shockload without affecting expected performance. When paired with low backlash sprockets, PowerGrip provides the high positional accuracy required by automated systems, such as pick and place robots.

The Poly Chain family is built with durable polyurethane designed to resist chemicals, oil, pollutants, and abrasion. Carbon tensile cord reinforcement minimizes stretch and provides the same load bearing capacity as roller chain, width-for-width. Poly Chain belts utilize a curvilinear tooth profile that increases shear strength, which is crucial to belt durability. Poly Chain's high power density allows for very narrow drive systems to be used.
