Leading our medical team as the Vice President of Healthcare Services, Zaydee is responsible for our in-house Medical Department and has been with the company since 1992. A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Miami, Zaydee has 30 years of experience as an RN and her clinical background includes cardiology, orthopedics and surgical nursing in hospital settings. She is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC) and a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and has led her team developing practices that improve patient outcomes, maximize client savings and streamline procedures during her tenure at the company. Originally from Cuba, Zaydee is fluent in Spanish and English.
Ian Russinoff, MD

Dr. Ian Russinoff has been practicing emergency medicine for almost twenty years. He attended medical school at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, NY and completed his residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Dr. Russinoff enjoys being a leader in the field of Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services and is an attending physician and the Vice Chairman of the Emergency Department at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida. He also serves as the Assistance Medical Director of the Broward County Sheriff’s Office where he helps oversee the medical protocols of the largest Emergency Medical Services agency in the county.

Dr. Aisha Subhani is currently an attending physician at Cleveland Clinic in Weston Florida and has been practicing Emergency Medicine for almost 15 years. She graduated from the Emergency Medicine residency program at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach where she served as chief resident during her final year. Dr. Subhani currently holds the role of Patient Experience officer at Cleveland Clinic, promoting a culture of empathy and positive patient communication. Her professional affiliations include the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Emergency Physicians and the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians.
Wayne Lee, MD, FACEP

A Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Wayne Lee received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas and has worked as a Medical Advisor and Director for the company since 1992. He has served as Chief of Emergency Medicine for Broward Health, one of the largest public hospital systems in the country, and for over 30 years as the Medical Director for multiple Emergency Medical Services system in Broward County, Florida. Dr. Lee has also served as Chief Medical Officer of Phoenix Physicians, a company that provided emergency physician, mid-level provider coverage and Emergency Department management for Emergency Departments throughout the northeastern and southeastern United States. He is currently the Emergency Medical Services Medical Director for the Seminole Tribe Fire Rescue in Broward County.

Dr. James Roach currently serves as the EMS Chief Medical Director of Broward Sherriff’s Office, Chairman and Director of the Emergency Department of Cleveland Clinic Florida, LifeFlight Medical Director, and HCI Medical Director. His dedication to Broward County is deeply rooted as a Board-Certified Physician in Emergency Medicine gaining his education as the Administrative and Educational Chief Resident at Mount Sinai Medical Center, College of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, Florida Atlantic University, and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School. His professional affiliations are the Florida Association of EMS Medical Directors (ACEP), American Osteopathic Association, Fellow-American College of Emergency Physicians, National Association of EMS Physicians, and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). His many accolades include Professionalism Award, Nursing Relations Award, Most Valuable Physician, Distinguished Physician, and Stroke Awards.
