This increases the need for greater flexibility and improved efficiency in last mile distribution to ensure long-term sustainability of supply chains. The objective of this panel is to provide practical evidence of the advantages and opportunities of data analytics, discuss lessons learned, and provide participants with proven tools and approaches for building, implementing, and sustaining flexible and cost-effective last mile distribution processes in increasingly complex public health supply chain field.
