The Widget-Cool sells like crazy in the UK, where Client Co. has 10 employees. On a flight to Spain, Client Co’s Head of Sales meets an amazing salesperson – Zhang Wei. After talking together, Zhang Wei becomes convinced Widget-Cool would be hugely popular in China, where she lives.
She is ready to quit her job and sell Widget-Cool full time.
But how to employ her in CHINA? Client Co. has no company in China, no legal entity, no payroll, nothing!
Enter Globalization Partners.
After a couple of conversations, we onboard Zhang Wei and Client Co. employs Zhang Wei through us to sell Widget-Cool on the ground in China. When Zhang Wei has questions about her employment, she reaches out to our expert HR team in China which supports her through our technology.

There are no average days…outside of leading my team, I can be working on an individual coding task, participating in architectural reviews, interviewing candidates, or leading workshops to train people on the new process we are rolling out.

I do not have an average day, but that is honestly what I love. That's why I am in marketing;
Lead Generation, managing relationships, understanding our customers, working on new playbooks, email campaigns and all the fire drills in between and quite honestly – that’s what really makes it enjoyable.
