One of Florida's two U.S. Senators is up for re-election this year. Republican Rick Scott, first elected to the Senate in 2018, faces two Republican challengers in his party's primary.
On the Democratic side, there are four candidates in that primary.
Republican and Democratic voters will get to make their choices in the August 20 primary.

Florida has 28 members in the U.S. House of Representatives. Currently, there are 20 Republicans and 8 Democrats in the state's House delegation. All 28 seats are up for re-election this year.
