At Grant Thornton we are playing our part in addressing the climate crisis and helping to reach the global carbon reduction targets set in the Paris Agreement. In 2022 we demonstrated this commitment by becoming a signatory of the Low Carbon Pledge.
As a signatory, we have committed to reduce our Scope 1 & 2 greenhouse gas emission intensity by 50% by 2030. It also demonstrates our commitment to establishing science-based carbon emissions reduction targets by 2024, which include our entire carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2 & 3) and be in line with the Paris Agreement and the latest IPCC findings.
