We are exceptionally proud of our FRC Audit Quality Review results, which reflect the fundamental changes made in how we approach audit quality as a firm and demonstrate that quality is now firmly embedded in our culture. In our 2023 AQR results, we again achieved 100% scores in Grades 1 or 2 (the highest level awarded). We remain committed to audit quality and continue to invest in technology and training to ensure we can continue to deliver high-quality and efficient audits.
Our latest pulse survey on quality and ethics in the firm indicates that our people continue to feel supported to deliver high-quality work. We have also continued to make progress on ensuring people have sufficient time and resources to deliver this. According to Meridian West Business Buyers Barometer 2023, quality of service is the number one reason why clients choose to work with us, and why the market wants to work with us.
Following significant investment in recent years, we have made strong progress in adopting cutting-edge technology which helps both our internal operations to become more efficient and helps us to anticipate and fulfil client needs. Last year we launched GTAssist, our internal generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform. This tool sits alongside a portfolio of other digital investments that enable innovation, ensuring we continuously stay ahead of the curve to safely, responsibly and securely deliver the best value and quality to our clients, as well as great user experiences for our people.
