Combine 1 cup warm water, 1 package quick-rise yeast and 2 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Immediately add 2½ cups Hy-Vee all-purpose flour, 2 Tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil and 1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt.
Place dough on a flat surface lightly dusted with flour. Form dough into a ball using your hands.
Roll out dough to desired shape and thickness using your hands and a rolling pin. Transfer to a large baking sheet or pizza pan lined with parchment paper.
TOP with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown.
