Choose from buffet style or plated, order brunch for the day of, or the day after, and even plan some late-night snacks for guests who stay until the last dance. Once the menu is set, you’ll come back for a tasting where you can also bring in the Wine & Spirits and Bakery departments to sample drinks and decide on the cake flavor. Hy-Vee even offers staff to serve the food for plated dinners if the venue doesn’t provide waitstaff.

Select cake flavors like chocolate, lemon, marble, red velvet, strawberry, yellow and white, along with filling selections that include Bavarian cream, cherry, chocolate mousse, lemon, raspberry and strawberry.
