PROPERTY ENDORSEMENTS
Each HSIP Advantage policy will have four mandatory property forms included as the policy base:
• Building and Business Personal
• Property Coverage Form
• Causes of Loss Form
• Commercial Property Conditions Form
• Definitions Form
In addition to the base coverage forms, each policy will have at least six mandatory property endorsements including a TRIA disclosure, state amendatory endorsements and more.

BROADENING ENDORSEMENT
Add coverage to help replace lost income and cover extra costs when a business temporarily shuts down due to a covered cause of loss. Three optional forms include:
• Business Income And Extra Expense Coverage Form
• Business Income Without Extra
Expense Coverage Form
• Extra Expense Coverage Form

Enhance coverage by adding the HSIP Advantage Broadening Endorsement, which broadens 12 coverages and adds 19 new coverages, for one additional
premium charge. This optional endorsement broadens coverage provided under four forms:

Coverage Form
• Causes of Loss Form
• Definitions Form
• Business Income and Extra Expense
Coverage Form
Further customize each policy by
adding specialized coverage endorsements to meet challenging exposures.
One notable optional endorsement is the Amended Limits of Insurance and Deductibles endorsement. Tailor protection for specific locations by using the endorsement to adjust limits and deductibles for key coverages in the Building and Business Personal Property Coverage Form or the HSIP Advantage Broadening Endorsement.
