Employee reports the injury to the employer.
Employee seeks appropriate treatment for the injury. Guidance from the Nurse Triage (NT24) resource is available.
The employer reports the injury to The Hanover. If NT24 is utilized, the first report of injury will automatically be sent to The Hanover.
The Hanover sends information packet to the employer and employee.
The Hanover will evaluate the claim and make a compensability decision.
If benefits are due, The Hanover coordinates treatment and return to work.
Employee is medically cleared to return to work. Additional benefits may apply to resolve the claim.
