In October 2020, Jim and the rest of the ELT pledged their commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace through the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion.
The Pledge Includes:
We will continue to make our workplace trusting places to have complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion.
We will implement and expand unconscious bias education.
We will share best – and unsuccessful – practices.
We will create and share strategic inclusion and diversity plans with our board of directors.

A milestone of 89% enrolled based on team member growth – surpassing the target of 85%+.Gallup’s 2023 Inclusivity Index mean score maintained in the top 50% of Gallup’s Database. Notably, the engagement score for our female team members is at 53%, 21% higher than the US Workforce, and engagement for our Black or African American team members is 52%, 20% higher than the US Workforce.
