My background is in science and, at BGB, I’m surrounded by incredibly smart people at every level, on every team, who have an undying passion for science and healthcare – this coupled with a culture fueled by collaboration creates an incredible environment.
Whenever one asks me why I have stayed at BGB for more than 14 years, I tell them it’s because I have always had more opportunity for growth than what I even thought I was ready for at the time. I have seen BGB evolve over the years - it doesn’t feel like it’s been one job at one company in terms of my personal development, but from a culture and company perspective there has been an important constant of trustworthy leadership and of course my brilliant and fun Medical team (my favorite aspect)
