Cultivating a culture of inclusion, equity and equality is never done, but we are passionate about the pursuit. Our global executive committee leadership is 73% female and over a third are BME. Every agency has a Havas All In representative or team who leads efforts in areas of DE&I important to that location. The result is engagement around the world in a wide range of DE&I initiatives. In 2021, we hired a Director of DE&I and a Head of Social Impact. And we launched a monthly speaker series to better understand racial injustice, equality and allyship, and started an agency “Redvolutionist” book club to learn how to address racial inequality in ourselves, our agency, our industry and our communities.

Set up for success: We are committed to providing tools, training and mentoring to help us learn and improve, to create an environment to do our best work.
Pave the path: To be the best, we must always play like we are second-best, because that enables us to focus with clarity on getting better every day.
Execute with excellence: “Good enough” simply isn’t good enough at our company. We go the extra mile to exceed expectations in all we do.
Be in balance: We empower one another to be flexible and prioritize balance, mental well-being and physical health to enable us to do our best work.
Act with care: Caring is going the extra mile in how we do our jobs, treat our colleagues and contribute to making a positive difference in society.
Instill inclusivity: We are inclusive of different voices, perspectives and experiences, and believe we are stronger as a team when we celebrate our differences.
Culture
We want Red Havas to be the best place you have ever worked. To ensure we meet that goal, we constantly listen, learn and act on what our team tell us they want from us. We do this through annual surveys, our national and office culture committees, the Future Leaders Forum that meets with our CEO monthly, and our annual Red Retreat. This has led to new benefits, even more flexible working and greater parental leave. We also have new cultural and social initiatives, an agency podcast, and have evolved our ways of working and how we manage our staff. This looks like an extra three days of paid time off in the summer months to add to your existing allocation and free tickets to a concert of your choice.
Why Work Here?
Whether in moving from one continent to another or becoming a first-time mom, Red Havas empowered me to evolve.
Davitha Tiller
EVP, social and integration
Red Havas is a great place to work because of its healthy company culture. Executive leadership is engaged and supportive.

While all Havas entities share talent, resources and thinking, the Red Havas agencies uniquely bring together earned media, social, content, experiential and data capabilities to create greater value for our clients. This strategic approach is called Merged Media, and it’s allowing brands to tell a channel-agnostic story that covers all the old media bases along with the new and emerging ones.
Red Havas structures our offering around key national practice areas, including healthcare and wellness; B2B & P2P (person-to-person); purpose, cause and change; technology and e-commerce; and consumer and lifestyle. Additionally, two newer specialized service offerings focus on corporate communications and executive visibility, and a reimagined brand experience offer for a COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 world.

We are currently operating a hybrid model across the U.S. as well as the majority of our offices around the world. We do believe that we do our best work together in person; this is where our creativity and strategic thinking come to the fore, so we are meeting in our offices regularly to hold workshops, brainstorms and strategic sessions. As we move from “COVID safe” to “COVID Confident,” we are slowly but increasingly meeting with clients and undertaking business travel. As part of our new hybrid model, we are also allowing our teams to work for a week from anywhere in the world, so they can add time to a vacation or visit to family and friends. As we believe in health and science, we are also a mandatory vaccinated agency, unless you are exempt.

We keep our talent sharp and engaged with Red Talent Factory, our professional development program offering 15+ courses per year on topics ranging from personal branding to account management to specific practice areas; the Red Mentoring Program, through which we pair each employee with a mentor from the Havas group to provide one-on-one coaching and support; and Core Leadership, our virtual, network-wide training course that covers everything from how to delegate, make meetings work, give and receive feedback, and manage up and down. All Redsters have access to a $3,000 annual education stipend to develop and enhance their skills through training programs, both internal and external.
Professional Development/
Mentoring
Various programs support the wellbeing of our Redsters, including three additional PTO days per month over the summer and delayed-start Mondays or early-finish Fridays. We embrace walking meetings and conscious communications, whereby we limit after-hours and weekend communications. Employees are also given a “Redjuvenation” hour each week to rejuvenate and actively improve physical or mental health. They receive free mental health and wellness support programs and helplines, including complimentary access to the Headspace app and free counseling services.
