With approximately 50% of our team now full-time remote, Biolumina is thriving in a full remote/hybrid world. Our culture does not solely exist within the four walls of the agency. We truly believe it expands beyond the physical office space and is embedded in the work we do and how we show up for each other and our clients. That is why we embrace a hybrid working model where we believe in the idea of autonomous flexibility—giving our employees the autonomy to work from wherever they do their best work. This means we’ll hire anywhere in the United States. However, for folks that are local to the New York City metro area, we also have a welcoming and well-appointed office space in midtown Manhattan for connecting with colleagues, hosting meetings, focusing on your work in a quiet place, or just getting out and about!
