In addition to robust employee incentive and support programs—Elevate University, Elevate Me, and Elevate US—Elevate recently launched CULTIVATE, a new initiative we’ve undertaken to keep our culture vibrant and strong as we grow and evolve.
CULTIVATE is about “living into” 21 fundamentals or behaviors—things that Elevate already does extremely well and would like to take to the next level, nurturing and cultivating best culture practices.
