Use an air purifier.
An air purifier with a high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter can remove about 99.97 percent of most small airborne particles, like dust and bacteria, that may be harming air quality. You might consider having an air purifier in other parts of your home as well.
This is at the highest point of the top curve of your ear. It’s also called erjian or HN6. This point can help to treat tension headaches and migraine. Gently press this point between your thumb and finger. You can do this on both ears.
Ear apex
This is located at your temple, where the top curve of your ear connects to the side of your head. It’s also known as san jiao, SJ21, or ermen. It can help reduce head pain and pressure. Use a finger
or thumb to gently press this point in a circular motion. You can do this
on both ears.

This point is on your forehead, just above your nose bridge and between your eyebrows. It’s also called yintang. This
site is believed to improve energy
and reduce stress and tension. Use your
thumb or finger to put pressure on this site
for one minute, then release.
Third eye
This pressure point is two spots that you stimulate at the same time. It’s also called UB2 or zanzhu. These points are located in the indents where your nose meets your forehead, in between your eyebrows. These points are helpful for facial and sinus pain. Use index fingers or thumbs to press on both of these points at the same time. Hold for 10
seconds, then release.
Drilling bamboo
This point, made of two sites, is also known as GB21 or jianjing. The points are located on your back, in between your neck and shoulder on both your left and right sides. These points can reduce neck and shoulder tension, which can trigger headaches. Press firmly on one of these points with your thumb for one minute. Release, then do the same to the pressure point on the other side.
Shoulder well
These points, also known as GB20, are on your neck at the base of your skull. They are slightly left and right of center, in the spaces between your neck muscles. These pressure points can release tension and pain in the neck and improve fatigue. Use a finger and thumb or two fingers to gently press and lift slightly up toward your head for 10 seconds.
Gates of consciousness
This site is also called L14. It’s the section of skin between your thumb and index finger. It can relieve head pain or tension. Use the opposite hand to gently pinch the skin or massage this area. Switch hands and do the same on the same site on the other hand.
Union valley
This spot is also called GB41. It’s on the top of your foot about an inch back from the space between your fourth and fifth toes. Research suggests that acupuncture at this site and others could reduce migraine frequency. You can also use pressure from your thumb to stimulate and massage this point
for a few seconds.
Foot above tears
This is also known as LV2. It’s located in the valley just below the space between your big and second toes. Stimulating this spot may help relieve pain. Press this point while gently massaging in a circular motion.
Moving point
This point is also known as LV3. It’s located on top of your foot, below the space between your big toe and second toe, about an inch back. You should feel a little valley between the bones. Stimulating this site may improve sleep and help with stress.
Using your thumb, press and massage this spot
for about 10 seconds.
