Looking for hemp stocks? Hempacco is disrupting tobacco with hemp smokables.

It’s called the Green Rush for a reason. Once an unproven sector, cannabis has become a booming legal industry in a little over a decade, altering attitudes toward marijuana and becoming an investment with seemingly unlimited potential for growth. One such company, Hempacco, started as a small business with the big mission to disrupt tobacco’s $1 Trillion industry. It recently became the first publicly traded hemp smokables company on the Nasdaq under ticker HPCO, and has inked partnerships with some of the most recognizable faces in the industry including the kings of hemp and cannabis; Snoop Dog, Rick Ross and Cheech & Chong.
The partnership with Snoop Dogg was recently announced to create a line of smokable hemp products, hemp paper, blunts, vapes and edibles. “I've been looking for the best team out there to produce hemp products with me, and this team has it all — the science, innovation and the reach,” said Snoop.

Hempacco manufactures hemp cigarettes, vapes, smoking papers called blunt wraps, tubes, and other alternatives to nicotine tobacco products. Considered healthier alternatives to traditional nicotine tobacco cigarettes, Hempacco products contain no nicotine while offering a better smoke. “We’re double dipping on our business model, we’re disrupting tobacco, and we’re also providing cannabis smokers with the paper and tubes they need to better enjoy their rolling experience,” says Jorge Olson, Chief Marketing Officer. More American’s smoke cannabis than tobacco, and Hempacco is manufacturing natural hemp paper blunt wraps and hemp tubes for cannabis smokers.
Hempacco products, stocked at over 600 retail kiosks, are made in California at a 53,000-square-foot facility. It manufactures herb, spice and cannabinoid smokables and rolling paper, including partnerships with Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, and Cheech & Chong plus their original The Real StuffTM hemp cigarettes and rolling paper, made from the purest California-grown hemp and resembling tobacco cigarettes without the harmful properties.
Hempacco’s vision of the future is Functional Smokables™, providing energy, sleep, relaxation, and other functions. Imagine you’re back from a long lunch and before you reach for the coffee you smoke a CBG cigarette, providing focus, and after work you smoke a CBD to relax, and a CBN to go to rest at the end of the day. They’ll also have party smokes, sex smokes, and other nightlife smokables.

What makes Hempacco different?
But Hempacco’s tech and patented IP are what set it apart. Unique technology infuses herbal smoking blends with terpenoids, a class of naturally occurring organic molecules that give hemp its flavor and aroma — such as menthol — for an enhanced user experience. This is a major development because flavored vapes are now outlawed, and the US Food and Drug Administration is considering a ban on menthol flavoring in cigars and cigarettes. With these new bans, Hempacco will be able to sell their hemp and herb cigarettes, as the ban doesn’t apply to them.
Hempacco has over a dozen such pieces of intellectual property for manufacturing, processing, design, merchandising, customer experience, retail trademarks and licensing agreements for hemp cigarettes. It also executes ongoing research and development on hemp, hemp smokables and the materials needed to make these products. Hempacco’s hemp varieties are also abundant in CBD (cannabidiol) and other cannabinoids, like CBG and CBN.

The use of tobacco is the top cause of avoidable disease, disability and death in the United States, costing the country $225 billion in medical care to treat smoking-related diseases in adults, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
It’s not only human health that suffers. Conventional cigarette filters are made of non-biodegradable plastic acetate and, according to the World Health Organization, make up the second-highest form of plastic pollution worldwide. Each year, 4.5 trillion cigarette filters pollute oceans, rivers, city sidewalks, parks, soil and beaches, the organization says. Hempacco’s entire hemp cigarette, including the filter, paper and box, are biodegradable, breaking down over time and mitigating the effects of harmful pollution. This consideration for its footprint extends beyond Hempacco’s smokables, with business cards and marketing materials also made from biodegradable materials.
Partner with Hempacco
In 2022, Hempacco (Nasdaq: HPCO) joined Nasdaq, providing an even larger platform to carry out its business goals. Co-founders Jorge Olson and Sandro Piancone are experienced food distribution industry and marketing professionals committed to putting fast-moving consumer products in stores, a strategy that’s proved successful in the company’s early stages. In 2022, it launched a joint venture, Hemp Hop, with rapper and music executive Rick Ross. “I truly believe in the health benefits of hemp-derived products,” Ross says. “Having had my own health scares, and through my healing process, I decided… to help others with the benefits of hemp cannabinoids.”
