• 1 fl oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum• 1 fl oz Captain Morgan White Rum• 1.5 fl oz Passionfruit Juice• 1.5 fl oz Orange Juice• 0.5 fl oz Grenadine• Lime wedge & maraschino cherry for garnish

Captain Morgan Jungle Bird
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• 1.5 fl oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum• .75 fl oz Bitter Aperitivo• 1 fl oz Fresh pineapple juice• .5 fl oz Fresh lime juice• .5 fl oz Demerara syrup
METHOD
2. Combine the Captain Morgan, Bitter Aperitivo, sugar syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice to the glass and stir.
1. Add a couple of cubes of ice to a short glass.
3. Finish off with a wedge of pineapple to garnish.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• 1.5 fl oz Captain Morgan White Rum or Captain

2. Once muddled, add in Captain Morgan White Rum and fill with ice and shake.
1. Add 6-7 fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker and muddle.
Captain Morgan Strawberry Rum Rita
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• 1.5 fl oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum• 0.75 fl oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice• 0.75 fl oz Agave Syrup*• 1 Whole Strawberry for garnish• Chili Lime Seasoning for rim

2. Strain into a chili lime seasoning rimmed rocks Glass over fresh ice cubes.
3. Garnish with fresh strawberry and/or Lemon Slice.

4. Fill a highball glass with ice, and pour mojito from shaker into the glass with ice.
5. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh mint.
