Join our Community-Based Services (CBS) team, one of our largest and most impactful programs across New Hampshire! Our CBS program empowers adults of all abilities by connecting them with safe, supportive housing; meaningful employment and volunteer opportunities; essential health services; recreational activities; community engagement; and more.
In 2024 alone, we empowered 204 adults in the CBS program across New Hampshire to reach their full potential. With more than 30 years of proven success, we pride ourselves on meeting even the most complex and unique needs of every individual we serve in community-based settings.
Positions in our CBS program range from providing needed direct care assistance to individuals in their daily routines such as transporting and supporting clients in their employment, volunteerism and other structured community activities; and assisting with personal care and behavioral supports and working together toward achievement of goals. Clinical roles include provision of therapeutic treatment, conducting counseling sessions and performing assessment and recommendations for the development of the individual treatment plans. All staff are trained to provide safe and nurturing care.

The qualifications for each of these roles vary depending on the position. At a minimum, to be eligible for each of these roles, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and have at least a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date auto insurance for any transportation requirements. Some positions require per diem hours as needed; others have specific part-time or full-time schedules.
