Located just 67 miles from San Antonio, Schreiner University admits students and awards scholarships based on their involvement, not just GPA and test scores, through the GRIT model. Students can get up to $100,000 in scholarships over four years and receive personalized attention inside and outside the classroom.
Schreiner offers four-year, fixed-rate tuition, which means tuition will stay the same all four years on campus and covers the cost of textbooks, laundry, parking, care at the on-campus clinic, and more. Students can apply at apply2su.com and register for campus visits at schreiner.edu.

The nation’s largest university primarily for women, TWU provides students with a quality educational experience focused on leadership development, hands-on learning, health and well-being, diversity, and integrity. Bachelor’s degree programs include the sciences, business, nursing, health sciences, visual and performing arts, liberal arts and education.
A public university, TWU offers men and women the support and small class sizes traditionally expected at a private institution. Tied for fourth among the most diverse universities in the nation by U.S. News & World Report, TWU also is recognized as a Hispanic-Serving Institution.
The main campus is in Denton, 40 miles north of Dallas-Fort Worth and consistently named a best college town.
