During the Great Depression, Palmer, Nebraska lost its only bank. But in true small-town fashion, members of the community stepped up. In 1938, a group of citizens, including brothers George and Tom Dinsdale, started what would one day become Pinnacle Bank, to help pull their neighbors through these difficult times — and invest in their futures.
More than 80 years later, Pinnacle Bank has grown to over 160 locations across eight states. While Pinnacle Bank has expanded and advanced with the digital times, the banks have never strayed from the mission to focus on the specialized needs of their community. Each location is staffed with people that are dedicated to helping their neighbors and seeing that the town or city thrives. These are more than just banks—they are local businesses. And whether the customer is in person or online, there is a real human on the other end of that transaction who cares.
