he 2020 Parade of Homes will be held June 20th – June 28th in the Cantera Hills community in San Antonio, a quiet community known for its broad lots and rolling landscape. Home to ranches and retail centers, this area is our gateway to the Hill Country, an environment visited by San Antonians via the Scenic Loop Road for more than a century. From the Old Spanish Trail to 19th-century rock structures and historic farmland, this region has long held a special place in the hearts and minds of regional residents. Living in Cantera Hills invites the opportunity to experience a modern lifestyle just minutes from our agricultural legacy. Fittingly, the custom homes featured in this year's Parade of Homes represent popular modern farmhouse aesthetics.
This year’s show will feature six luxury custom homes from top-tier builders, including Adam Wilson Custom Homes, Casadomaine Custom Homes, Diamante Custom Homes, McNair Custom Homes, Rialto Homes, and Robare Custom Homes.
Open each day from 10am-6pm. Tickets should be purchased online at sabuilders.com to enter the 2020 Parade of Homes. Tickets will be sold by day and by a two-hour time block. Due to COVID-19, we will be adhering to social distancing and will require each patron to wear a mask. Tickets are $15.00 per person for Adults and Children with a matinee hour each day from 10am-12noon for $10.00 per person. Parking will be onsite in the Cantera Hills community designated area.

His Casadomaine Custom Homes are known for their luxurious blend of urban loft, modern industrial and farmhouse. The interior is distinguished by contemporary tastes incorporating metal, stone, glass, and wood etched in clean lines. Tresha Massey with Casadomaine worked alongside Class, Cover and Colors to bring the concept of our Urban Fusion Parade Home to life.
Brent’s Parade of Homes 3,819-sq foot showcase features 4-bedrooms, four full baths, and one powder room. The master suite adds a sitting room and coffee bar, the kids enjoy a reading loft in their bedroom. The great room, settled below cathedral ceilings, contains custom flooring and patio doors leading to the covered terrace and pool area. The modern, restaurant-style kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for family and gatherings in the great room and potential rec rooms. The outdoor kitchen sets up perfectly for pool and spa parties.
Diamante Custom Homes
Adam Sanchez founded Diamante Custom Homes when building his own home, he became enthralled with the process of custom home construction. 30 years later, Adam’s award-winning business represents this same enthusiasm for creating one-of-a-kind properties. His 2020 Parade of Homes showcase is no exception, a 4,541-sq. foot 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath, one-story residence that includes familiar features like an expansive master suite and unique elements such as a private study and game room with full amenities.
Broad windows look out upon a covered patio, outdoor kitchen, and resort-style pool complete with firepit. The home's kitchen is also an entertainer's dream, a highly functional layout populated with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The great room flows effortlessly between the gourmet kitchen and courtyard, the game room allows for a quick dip at halftime. From the intricate ceiling details above the great room to the design of the outdoor cooking lounge, this home is what we envision when we imagine a custom-built home.

John and his team remain well known for their personal approach to every project. He has crafted a 4,864-sq foot single story 4 bedroom, four full and two ½ bath home that incorporates all of the amenities of the modern luxury home. An open and expansive floorplan allows one to breeze between rooms, whether relaxing in the personal sports center or dining with views of the garden and waterfall.
The fully connected home keeps us up-to-date with traditional modern accents such as the 78" linear fireplace, wood-accented ceiling, and wood cabinetry. The gourmet kitchen, complete with a wine preservation column, is poised to host social gatherings or prepare a snack for a quiet evening at home. An outdoor grill and kitchen enhance the outside environment beside the pool and garden.
Adam Wilson Custom Homes
Adam Wilson was named last year as Texas Custom Homebuilder of the Year by the Texas Association of Builders. His work is characterized by a comprehensive approach to every detail from site selection to interior design. His 4,757-sq. foot five-bedroom, five full, and ½ bath home exults in an "elevated modern" architectural style that exudes elegant living. The façade suggests the interior's opulence, a stunning coordination of metal, glass, concrete, and wood.
Porcelain and walnut greet us as we enter this grand home, leading into an open floor plan that flows easily from space to space. Bathed in comforting hues and expansive windows, light illuminates the interior while offering personal privacy. Multi-level decking defines the outside's landscaping, overlooking the spa, waterfall, and pool. A covered terrace, outdoor kitchen, and in-ground firepit cast a perfect environment for entertaining and relaxation.
Kobi and Eyal Avnon have built Rialto Homes into one of San Antonio's premier custom home builders. They've created a home that exemplifies exceptional craftsmanship to create the modern farmhouse aesthetic, clean lines of mixed materials with high-end finishes and conveniences. The one-story, 4,506-sq. foot home incorporates four bedrooms, four and ½ baths as well as a study, media, and game rooms. The master suite includes amenities such as dual vanities and a large, two-person walk-through shower and free-standing tub adjacent to his and her walk-in closets. The outside entertaining area is equally as multi-functional and intimate, including a 1,487-sq foot covered terrace.
Rialto Homes
Army veteran Mike Robare moved from Dallas to San Antonio in 1993 to raise his family and establish his custom home business. He’s created a 3,400-sq. foot modern light industrial home for today's empty nesters like himself, residents who appreciate his and her island sinks, a dual vanity mirror, and the expansive closet. The chef's kitchen offers a 60" dual oven professional range and 60" galley-style sink that includes an on-demand sparkling water outlet. The walk-in pantry adds to this kitchen’s functionality and efficiency.
Outdoors, stone pavers lead to a tree canopy that guides visitors toward the substantial front door. The landscaping brilliance continues behind the house, a multi-level 1,800-sq foot entertainment zone and deck perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Inside, via three French doors, 14-foot ceilings define the living and dining rooms of this three-bedroom, 3.5 bath home.
