Some of the approved conditions include Cancer, Epilepsy, Crohn’s disease, PTSD, Cystic Fibrosis and Ulcerative Colitis. You can find a current list of qualifying conditions for adults, and for patients under 18 on the Willow Brook Wellness website.

MANY WAYS TO TAKE MARIJUANA.
Marijuana is medicine — and at Willow Brook Wellness, it’s treated as such. When patients arrive at the dispensary for their appointment, they’ll be paired with a knowledgeable pharmacist for a consultation about their illness, symptoms and treatment goals. A pharmacist works with each patient to formulate an individualized treatment plan. Each time a patient returns to Willow Brook Wellness, they can adjust their treatment plan as symptoms and needs evolve.

THE FUTURE OF MEDICINE
IS BRIGHT.
More than half of the states in the U.S. currently have a legalized medical marijuana program in place. With more people turning to marijuana to treat their debilitating conditions, the future holds hope for those who haven't responded to traditional medicine. Thanks to Willow Brook Wellness, Meriden and the surrounding communities now have access to this potentially life-changing medication.
Willow Brook Wellness offers multiple choices in each of the four basic methods of administering medical marijuana. These methods are topical, oral, inhaled and sublingual. Your pharmacist will help you to find the most appropriate method based on your needs and lifestyle.
THERE'S A
REGISTRATION
PROCESS.
To book an appointment at Willow Brook Wellness, prospective patients must first obtain a medical marijuana certificate. In Connecticut, residents over 18 being treated for a debilitating condition can speak with their physician about becoming a certified patient. Then, you can apply online for a medical marijuana card with proof of Connecticut residency, identity and a $100 fee. When approved, the certification will be sent to the patient. Please do not hesitate to contact us for help with the registration process.
