UPS LOOP
UPS LOOP or the UPS Living Options and Opportunities Path, is an educational program that gives students the opportunity to receive 100% paid tuition through Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) and receive a housing stipend to pay for living expenses. While attending JCTC, the student will also work at Worldport part-time.
The program was uniquely designed to help students from all over the state of KY overcome the barriers of tuition and housing expenses while pursuing any degree or trade that they choose.
The housing stipend (the benefit that makes the program different than our Metro College program) is available for up to 36 months or completion of an Associate’s degree, whichever occurs first.
UPS LOOP is open to all Kentucky residents who have confirmed and validated residency in a Kentucky County as well as residents from the following Southern Indiana Counties: Clark, Crawford, Dearborn, Floyd, Franklin, Harrison, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, Scott, Switzerland, and Washington.
