The roots of our corporation, Eximius Coffee, can be traced back to 1920s Spain, when our founder, Carlos de Aldecoa Fernandez (born in Ronda,1905), started a small coffee roaster in Madrid. During the 1980's his son, Carlos de Aldecoa Pereda, opened a roasting facility in Houston. There, the business grew to include coffee farming, roasting, retailing, and decaffeination. Today, de Aldecoa-Pereda, his son and 4 daughters work in the business. Locally made in Texas, the company has been family owned and operated for three generations.

Chorizo De San Manuel
Since 1975, Chorizo De San Manuel has been building one of the most loyal customer bases of any company in the Rio Grande Valley through the preparation of the most delectable meat products on the market. As you can tell from our name, our most popular products are our variety of chorizo. The main ingredient is, of course, the pork meat that we’ve carefully perfected with flavors and spices. We use only the finest and top-quality cuts of pork that are purchased in large quantities to ensure that portions are always generous for our customers.
As immigrants from Argentina, we wanted to create a brand that would bring Latin American flavors to today's multicultural consumer. We started with Latin America's favorite snack: empanadas. 15 years ago, we settled in Austin but we could not find good empanadas anywhere. We started making them on the weekend for busy weeknight dinners. We shared them with friends and brought them to the office, and everyone LOVED THEM. Our products, made from scratch with fresh vegetables and antibiotic-free meats, pre-baked & microwavable, are better for you, convenient and delicious!

Adrian Davila may be a third-generation Texas pitmaster, but his family's BBQ joint has been smoking meat since his grandfather learned the trade in the 1940s, opening his own restaurant in 1959. From the get-go, they've been doing things the hard way; breaking down the meat for the sausages in-house, crafting their own unique sauces and rubs, and blending the flavors found along the Mexican-American border. Our BBQ rub is a 70 year old recipe that can be used on anything from meats to cocktail drinks.

What started out as leftovers ended in a conversation on how we could put a Texas twist on a popular Cajun favorite. Las Delicias Distributors, LLC has been in operation since 2011 with the goal of providing consumers with great, authentic tasting Mexican salsa. We make Salsa El Gallo with pride using traditional Mexican recipes in the southernmost tip of Texas and distribute throughout the country. We are a third-generation family business that originated in the fields of Mexico. The SiCar Farms seal of excellence integrates citrus, fruits and vegetables. When I was young, we worked with brokers to distribute our products, but after college, my Mom encouraged me to go to McAllen and sell our products directly to retailers. Three years later, H-E-B was the first retailer in the US that gave us an opportunity. We are very thankful to the H-E-B Family for the opportunity they gave us many years ago.

Siete Family Foods
In 2009, all seven (siete) members of the Garza family adopted a grain free diet to support their family member who developed a health condition. Going grain free meant that this third-generation Mexican-American family from South Texas could no longer eat many of their favorite foods. When their Grandma said that the grain free almond flour tortilla tasted better than her own homemade flour tortillas, the family realized they had something special. We use clean and simple ingredients to create heritage-inspired foods.

My mother was widowed at the age of 35 with 8 children. She opened a small grocery store where she worked from dawn to dusk so we could all get an education.
