TIP 1: CREATE A CALENDAR
We’ve all experienced the shock of forgetting you have a doctor's appointment or dinner plans with a friend until the last minute. To avoid surprises in your schedule, create a digital or IRL calendar to keep all of your important dates in one, easy-to-find place.
