Clearway Energy Group, LLC in connection with the negotiation of two Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreements for two utility-scale solar projects (Texas Solar Nova 1 and 2). Clearway Energy Group, LLC in connection with the negotiation of two Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreements for an integrated 200 MW of solar + 200 MWh battery project (Victory Pass) and for a 263 MW solar + 30 MW/200 MWh + 71 MW/284 MWh + 15 MW/60 MWh battery project (Arica) as well as the negotiation of an Equipment Supply Agreement for the supply of the battery equipment for each project. Prologis in connection with the negotiation of five Power Purchase Agreements with Clean Power Alliance of Southern California for the installation of five rooftop solar projects, with a combined generating capacity of 5.92 MW. Scout Clean Energy in connection with the negotiation of a Module Purchase Order with First Solar, Inc., for the purchase of approximately 380 MW of solar panels for approximately $96M. Southern California Public Power Authority in connection with the negotiation of a 20 year Power Purchase Agreement with Sapphire Solar, LLC, an affiliate of EDF Renewables, Inc., for the purchase of solar energy and the use of a battery energy storage system from a 117 MW PV solar system with a battery energy storage system with a capacity of 59 MW/4hours. Southern California Public Power Authority in connection with the negotiation of a 20 year Power Purchase Agreement with Daggett Solar Power 2, LLC, an affiliate of Clearway Energy Group, for the purchase of solar energy and the use of a battery energy storage system from a 65 MW PV solar system with a battery energy storage system with a capacity of 33 MW/4hours.
