In 2023, Bally’s opened Chicago’s first-ever casino in the historic Medina Temple downtown. The temporary location is the first of a $1.6B multi-phase resort development that will be located on the site of the former of the hotel Chicago Tribune Publishing Center. With completion planned for 2026, the 500-room hotel and casino includes a theatre and an extension of the Chicago Riverwalk. On behalf of Bally’s, our team is handling all pre-construction and construction-related contracts for all phases, as well as community buy-in agreements, tax contributions, compliance with diversity and inclusion and local hiring requirements.
