Built concurrently with Allegiant Stadium, the 336,227-square-foot, state-of-the-art headquarters and training facility has the largest field house in the NFL. Designed to engage the local community, the space is available for special events and practices. From site selection through completion, our team served as project counsel handling the complex financing, and negotiated and managed all agreements including the sale and leaseback of the facility.
Raiders Headquarters
Opened in 2016, the 20,000-seat multi-purpose arena is home to the Vegas Golden Knights and is a venue for the UFC, concerts and sporting events. Our team represented the joint venture project between AEG and MGM Resorts International. Located on the Las Vegas strip, the arena anchors Toshiba Plaza, a two-acre space with outdoor stages and a unique mesh wall. As project counsel, our team negotiated and managed all agreements from the design phase and construction through project closeout agreements, claims, and claims resolution.
T-Mobile Arena
The 65,000-seat stadium was completed in 2020 on time and on budget, despite significant disruptions from the COVID pandemic. Unique features of the $2 billion project include a translucent dome, retractable field tray, and the 93-foot Al Davis Memorial Torch. As counsel to the Las Vegas Raiders, our team handled every aspect of development and construction of the stadium from dirt through completion and opening. Our team continues to handle all facets of operating the stadium, including sponsorship and event contracts.
