CES 2024
Roadmap to
(hover over each part of the graphic for reveal)
With top TV makers including Hisense, Sony, Samsung, TCL, LG, Roku and Vizio all signing up to CTA-sponsored energy saving initiative for TVs, expect to hear about more energy saving initiatives from the world’s largest tech companies at CES.
Sustainability
CES has become increasingly a car show, with last year the John Deere tractor being the talk of the show, and this will continue into 2024. With self-driving cars now on the road perhaps they could even help solve the traffic issues between the Convention Center and the Venetian? Or could they make it worse?
Planes, Trains, Automobiles... and Tractors?
With L’Oreal set to be the first keynote from a beauty brand at CES 2024, it’s clear that tech is really now everywhere including how beauty brands are using AI to help customers discover the right beauty products for their needs.
Tech & Beauty
With AI the rage of 2023, we expect more companies to be talking about how their AI and smart technologies are powering the consumer items showcased at CES. CES is THE place to see the tech before it goes mainstream so we’ll be looking out for the innovations that will be powering how we interact with the world in the future.

How to be prepped?
Media, influencers, and creators took a hybrid approach to their CES coverage last year and with smaller media teams than ever before, we expect this to continue for CES 2024. So, expect smaller crews on-site, freelancers covering the news for the major broadcast news shows and papers, and people reporting from afar.
Take a Hybrid Approach to Media Outreach
Show off with Interactive Experiences
To capture media and influencer attention, confirm and promote your hero products and news as early as possible. Since there may be fewer opportunities for in-person interactions, provide visual assets, b-roll footage, and creative materials to facilitate coverage and create engaging experiences for remote audiences.
Engage with Media and Creators Early
Engaging with media and creators well in advance of CES is essential. Providing news, interviews, and embargoed information early on helps ensure that your brand is top of mind and can secure valuable coverage even before the event begins.
Plan for Post Show
CES 2024 is being touted as a return to the good ol’ days. And while it may not quite reach pre-pandemic levels of media and customer footfall, we expect it to be noiser than in the last few years. If your news isn’t at the flying car, giant tractor or AI-enabled beauty device level, think about how to get the news out post-show when it will be quieter and use CES as a relationship builder through attendance at media events and networking at different events like the FQ Lounge.
