The above figures present the average number of international cases administered and/or filed before these institutions over a three-year period between 2021 to 2023. The AAA-ICDR, the international arm of the AAA, continues to see high numbers of international cases filed (a majority of them involve at least one US-based party), although the AAA sees many times that number in domestic cases. By contrast, international cases make up more than 90% of the ICC, SIAC and LCIA's total caseloads.
