Our investment in digital solutions, like Insureon, Squaremouth & Bold Penguin offers business customers the flexibility to use technology but also enhance it with a human touch when desired. For the individual, the VIU by HUB platform continues to expand digital self-serve insurance offerings with ease.

Omnichannel Experience

In order to achieve a “boundaryless” client experience, we launched multiple sub-practices in 2023: Professional & Executive Risks (Pro-Ex), Property & our international partnership with Howden.

Complex Risk Practice

We recently completed a substantial minority investment from Los Angeles-based private equity firm, Leonard Green Partners, L.P. (LGP) along with several other prominent institutional investors. The proceeds of this investment will be used to repurchase equity interests from existing equity holders. Helmann & Friedman will retain a controlling-interest in HUB, while the company's management team will continue to hold a significant equity position. Altas Partners will remain a significant minority shareholder and member of the board, and LGP will join the board as well. The investment signals our current investors’ continued confidence in HUB and adds another world class private equity firm to our investor group and Board. Twenty-five years ago, we set out to become a world-class brokerage, and we’ve done that. We look forward to sharing more with you about what we have planned for the next twenty-five as we aim to become a world-class organization.
