The last 25 years have served as a milestone and launching point for the next chapter in the HUB journey. Over the next 25 years, HUB is focused on scaling our business to exceed the needs our middle market and upper-middle market customers face. And, following the largest capital investment raised by a private insurance brokerage in 2023, we are geared for powerful growth.
Businesses are far more complex than they were in 1998. I am proud of the way HUB has grown to support our clients through reinvestments we’ve made in industry and product specialization, proprietary offerings, digital customer innovation, and up-market complex risk and international solutions. Equally important is our ongoing commitment to talent recruitment, retention and career development, which is crucial in maintaining HUB as a world-class organization that drives our industry-leading financial metrics.

Remaining bullish on M&A and expanding our geographic footprint as recently achieved by acquiring some of the largest independent brokerages in North America like Insurance Management Company, Dwight Andrus and Overmyer Hall Associates.
Building proprietary insurance solutions across our industry verticals in property and casualty, executive liability, high net worth, employee benefits and retirement – all grounded in significant investments in data analytics.
Investing in and exploring the use of data analytics and AI applications to drive sales and improve our employees’ resources to efficiently serve customers.
