Building a World-Class Brokerage over 25 Years

HUB started in 1998 when 11 Canadian brokerages merged to form HUB International Limited. Over the years, HUB acquired and integrated many brokerages and expanded its operations throughout North America.

In 2023, HUB’s 17,000+ employees in more than 530 offices across North America serve more than 2 million clients. HUB is ranked 5th among the world’s largest insurance brokers, with a total revenue of $3.7 billion in 2022.

At HUB, we have always believed that our industry-leading financial results are powered by our people. This October, HUB will be launching our inaugural HUB Month of Giving to conclude HUB's year-long 25th Anniversary celebration and will run concurrently with the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) Global Month of Giving. This is one of many projects underway to improve the way we recruit, welcome new colleagues, develop our employees, and provide career development opportunities for all.
