Agent and producer work together to receive planting data.
Producer prepares tractors and monitors to record precision data.
Hover interactions allow you to reveal or hide folders, objects, or groups when the user hovers their mouse over your specified trigger. In this template, when the user hovers over a year, a popup appears. To add a hover interaction, draw a hotspot over the area you want the user to hover over. Select the hotspot and navigate to the Interaction tab in the Inspector Panel. Select “Hover” as your trigger and specify the action, (ex: Show), then choose the folder, object, or group you want to reveal or hide.

Finally, the text in each popup group was selected, and the "Fade In" animation on-view and the "Fade Out" animation on-hide was applied.

The circle_icons, in each popup group, were selected and the following animations were applied: "Spin and Fade In" animation on-view and the "Spin and Fade Out" animation on-hide.

The "Fade In" Animation was applied to each year group. And the delay was set at 0.4 Sec increments.

The "Expand" animation was added to the Timeline line. And the direction was set towards the right and the duration to 2.0 Sec.

On each Hotspot, the "On hover - show" interaction was applied and the appropriate popup group was selected.

Hudson Marketing Representative fills out Precision Farming tracking spreadsheet.
Agent and producer work together to verify Hudson’s system and the producer’s farm management software (FMS) field data match.

Agent prints FSA Summary Report for producer to take to the FSA to report planted acres!
Producer records precision data while planting in the field and transfers to their FMS. (Hudson Marketing Representative will provide a simple transfer method to collect data needed for processing).
Agent reviews precision data and works with producer to collect any missing data.
Agent receives processed data, uploads to Hudson’s system and processes into a completed Acreage Report to review and correct as needed with the producer. Agent will then print a colored Map-Based Acreage Report for producer review and signature.
ACREAGE REPORTING
HARVEST
Producer contacts agent to send production data. (If needed, Hudson will provide a simple transfer method to collect data.)
Producer prepares combine and conducts calibration process. (Contact agent for Hudson’s Precision Farming form bundle which includes documents and outlines steps of calibration process for your specific implement.)
Producer reviews yield maps in their FMS, noting missing data and prepares to transfer data to agent.
Agent collects calibration bundle forms (filled out by the producer) for data verification and for use by the Hudson Claims Team.
Claims
Production Reporting
Agent (or grower) provides data to Hudson for processing/importing into Hudson’s system.
Once processed, agent verifies data and prints the Production Report for signature by producer.
