Advanced Title IX Training:
Gender ID/ Sexual Orientation
Presented by Husch Blackwell Education attorneys, these two half-day training sessions focuses on institutional response to sexual harassment and is intended as a primary and refresher training. While this summer’s session will have new content and new scenarios, including a discussion of key case law updates and the latest guidance from the Department of Education, it will continue to train on the Title IX regulations effective August 2020 with a preview and summary of some significant anticipated changes expected to be published in October 2023.
