Porsche x puma
For decades, these two iconic German-born companies have pushed performance to the limit, both on the track and the street. Sports cars and sneakers iconic in their own right. Now, these worlds collide with a limited-edition collection of shoes inspired by the 911 Turbo. Each of the line’s eight styles spotlights a specific generation of the iconic car, dating back to its debut in the mid-1970s and culminating with present day. The collection adopts the cars' body types, detailing and period-specific paint colors on two of PUMA’s classic silhouettes: The Future Rider, which represents the first four generations of the “air cooled” 911, while the Speedcat captures the essence of more recent “water-cooled” models.

Type 930 3.0 L
The OG Porsche 911 Turbo, the Porsche 930, was the fastest production car available in Germany when it was introduced in 1975.
Future Rider
Celebrating this, the Type 930 3.0 Future Rider comes in clean with contrasting Oak Green across the upper and midsole with suede overlays. The PUMA Formstrip is black on the 930 and 930 3.3 sneakers as well, inspired by the rock guards on the car models.

Type 964
The Type 964 Future Rider recalls one of the 911 Turbo’s most enduring and influential generations, and one of the most popular colors from the period: Mint Green.
The referential shoe features a white textile upper, set off with a mint green leather Formstrip and suede overlays across the toe tip and heel counter. The red tag is another subtle nod to the Type 964 911 Turbo, which was the first generation of the sports car to debut red brake calipers. The tabs on the sides of the shoe match this feature.
Type 930 3.3 L
This sneaker pays tribute to the 930’s successor — the 1977 Porsche 930 3.3L — which raised the bar for the model with a 3.3 liter flat-six engine.
Paralleling this, the Type 930 3.3 L Future Rider is outfitted with a deep crimson upper in textile, leather and suede with black detailing in the corrugated Federbein outsole, leather Formstrip and TPU heel stabilizer. The black heeltabs are inspired by the rubber edges on the turbo wing.

Type 993
Starting with the 993 and continuing today, the wing of the car has been color-matched to the paint. The 993 Turbo is beloved by enthusiasts for being the last generation of the air-cooled era. Fittingly, its footwear counterpart does the same. The 993 was also the first 911 Turbo with all-wheel drive, taken from the 959 model, and was one of the first production cars in the world to have OBDII diagnostics system too, marking a new era for the model with these advances.
Paying homage, the Type 993 Future Rider comes through in a Ocean Blue colorway along with a white Federbein outsole, red detailing, leather Formstrip and TPU heel stabilizer.
Type 991
Introduced in 2012, the 991 Turbo featured a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six engine generating 540 horsepower. This 991 was an entirely new platform, which is only the third new version since the original 911 Turbo launched in 1975.
speedcat
The Type 991 Speedcat features mustard yellow across the entire body with a luxe leather upper, stitch detailing, red Porsche branding and a black rubber outsole that finishes the shoe.
Type 997
The 997 Turbo debuted in February 2006 at the Geneva Motor Show and featured a new front bumper with LED turn signal strips integrated in the air intakes; the fog lamps were moved to the corners of the bumpers. Large air vents fore and aft of the rear wheels provided additional obvious visual cues of the Turbo model.
The Type 997 Speedcat reflects this car well, pairing a light blue upper, base blue PUMA logo and dark blue outsole with yellow tags to bring a real race car feel to the silhouette.
Type 992
In July of this year, the 992 Turbo was introduced. It is the eighth generation of the Porsche 911 sports car. With a twin turbocharged 3.7-litre flat-six engine, the 992 contains 573 horsepower and 553 lb-ft.
The Type 992 Speedcat plays on the most recent 911 Turbo, which was introduced earlier this year. The Type 992 Speedcat mimics the sports car’s sculptural, Night Blue Metallic body with a luxe leather upper, motorsport-inspired stitched detailing, tonal T-toe overlays and a white outsole, which extends into a rounded driver’s heel.
Type 996
Featuring an all new body, interior and engine, the 996 replaced the 993 from which only the front suspension, rear multi-link suspension and a 6-speed manual transmission were retained in revised form. The Porsche 996 is the first generation of the water-cooled 911 Turbo era, officially taking the 911 model into the next millennium.
The Type 996 Speedcat hones in on capturing this essence with a sports car gray body, tonal T-toe overlays and white detailing going across the smooth leather upper.
