SUPPORTING STUDENTS ACROSS NORTH AMERICA
Throughout 2025, our apprentice competitions and workshops impacted dozens of trade schools and thousands of students across the United States and Canada.
“This competition gives students something beyond the high school realm. There’s prestige to it—and they want to be part of that. They see it as a bridge into the professional world.” (Source: NECA)

Volunteering
for good
We teamed up with nonprofit Rebuilding Together to provide crucial electrical upgrades and other work for transitional shelters and youth clubs across Chicago. Dozens of electricians volunteered their technical skills, while IDEAL volunteers transformed the grounds with fresh paint and mulch.
Together, we built meaningful connections between our company, our skilled trade partners, and the local community.
