Why did you get into the trades?
I got into the trades because I wanted to be active, use my hands, and learn a desired skill as a career. My Dad, other family members, and friends that were blue collar all helped in the decision to get into electrical.
Why does craftsmanship matter to you?
Craftsmanship is everything. It's your skill on display, your attention to detail, your story, your pride. I try to make sure my work is the best craftsmanship I can produce because I want and expect the same when I am hiring someone else.

I got into the trades because I needed a change of pace. I wanted a career and not just a job. I wanted and needed something that I could really learn from and enjoy doing!

Craftsmanship matters to me because it's a reflection of pride, discipline, and respect for the work I put my name on. For me, true craftsmanship means leaving every job better than I found it and knowing it was done with purpose and integrity!
