This document will provide you with important event information, including in-person logistics, On-Demand platform information, scheduling updates, special programs, and more. Black Hat Events App Information
Black Hat USA 2024 is just around the corner and the Black Hat Events App is your key to getting the most out of your time in Las Vegas. The Black Hat Events app makes it easy to access the event content, connect with the right people and navigate the event with the NEW interactive event map. All you have to do is activate your profile with the tap of the below button. Get it on iOS or Android.

The Black Hat App now features a new upgraded interactive map of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Search and easily navigate your way to a session room, sponsor in the business hall and other activities happening throughout the event. To access the interactive map simply click the “Venue Map” button.

Important Note: Please care for your badge. Lost, misplaced, stolen, or forgotten badges will incur a replacement fee equal to the original purchase amount of your pass. If your pass was complimentary, the replacement fee will be the current, on-site rate. There are no exceptions, you will not be admitted into Black Hat without a badge.

The room will open one hour before the start time. No students will be permitted to stay in the classrooms unattended during Lunch. Rooms will be unlocked starting at 1:15 PM with the trainers presence. Please plan accordingly. Black Hat is not responsible for items/equipment stored in these rooms. We do advise that attendees take their laptops and belongings with them during lunch breaks and at the end of each day.
Course Requirements and Course Locations: Please be sure to check the “Student Requirements” and “What Students Should Bring” sections for your specific Training at: https://www.blackhat.com/us-24/training/schedule/index.html Show Management will not be providing laptops, charging cables, adapters, or power converters. Class Locations: All class locations are displayed on the map located in the Black Hat Events App (Swapcard) and on the Black Hat website. Virtual Trainings Platform: All Black Hat USA Virtual Trainings will be taught live online via Zoom. Sessions will not be recorded. It is recommended that you download and install the Zoom desktop software onto your Windows or Mac machine. You can also join from a web browser (no download required), more information can be found here. Test Your Connection: We strongly encourage you to test your connection now so that any issues can be resolved before your class starts. Make sure to test the computer that you will use to access your class. Important Permissions: Please be sure to add the email addresses below to your allow/safe sender list to ensure you are receiving all pertinent communications from us regarding your Training course. Emails: training@blackhat.com, blackhatregistration@informa.com, and no-reply@zoom.us Training Evaluations: Your feedback on the quality and relevancy of your course helps us and the instructors improve the Black Hat Trainings. For Virtual courses, you will receive the evaluation via SurveyMonkey after the conclusion of the course. For In-Person courses, you will be given handouts near the end of the course. Please use this to provide timely feedback to the instructor about how the class is going, areas for improvement, activities you are enjoying, etc. Digital Training Certificates of Completion: Black Hat issues Training Certificates of Completion in digital format. Certificates will be sent to the email address associated with the attendee registration.
