Venue Information: SecTor 2024 will take place live and in-person in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), South Building, 222 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. Badge Pick-Up Hours: You’ll need to collect your badge at registration on Level 600. Please have your QR code and ID ready. Log in to Swapcard (the app) now to find your Check-in QR Code, or refer to your registration confirmation for your QR Code. Registration Hours: Tuesday, October 22: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday, October 23: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Thursday, October 24: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Summit Hours: Tuesday, October 22: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Conference Hours: Wednesday, October 23: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Thursday, October 24: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Business Hall Hours: Wednesday, October 23: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Thursday, October 24: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Badge Policy: Your conference badge and lanyard are required to be worn at all times during SecTor, including the Executive Summit, The AI Summit, the Cloud Security Summit and the VIP Party. Important Note: Please care for your badge. Lost, misplaced, stolen, or forgotten badges will incur a replacement fee equal to the original purchase amount of your pass. If your pass was complimentary, the replacement fee will be the current, on-site rate. There are no exceptions and you will not be admitted into SecTor without a badge. Badge Scanning: By allowing your badge to be scanned by an Exhibitor or Sponsor, you are providing the Exhibitor or Sponsor with your personal information, and in doing so, agree to the Exhibitor or Sponsor contacting you in the future about their products or services. In the spirit of inclusivity, we are providing Sponsors with your Chosen name, for use in any follow-up.

Black Badge Pass Holders: Briefings + Speakers + Review Board + Arsenal Presenters + Media Black Badge attendees have access to all of this year's content, including Keynotes live in the Keynote Hall, and all of the Briefings, Sponsored Sessions, and Arsenal presentations. You will also have access to the Business Hall, Community Meetups, all Show Features, and are invited to the VIP Party at Steam Whistle Brewing (just bring your badge). You will also have access to all conference sessions via On-Demand one week after the event. Business (Orange) Pass Holders: Orange Badge attendees have access to the Keynote Hall from 9:00 AM, along with the Business Hall, all Sponsored Sessions, Community Meetups and Show Features. To attend the VIP Party, you will need to visit the Fortinet Booth and ask for a wristband (limited supplies). Booth Staff (Blue) Pass Holders: Please note, only Blue Pass Holders and those pre-approved (check your registration) will have early access to the Business Hall for setup. Attendee Meals: Summit Attendees - See Summit Day section for more information. Attendee Breakfast: Briefings and Black Badge Attendees will have access to a complimentary continental breakfast from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM in Hall D on Level 800 on Wednesday and Thursday. Please Note: New for 2024, Attendees will NOT be served breakfast in the Keynote Hall. You won’t be able to eat breakfast and watch the Keynote. Please arrive early to ensure you enjoy your networking breakfast and then transfer to the Keynote Hall (Hall F) for 9:00 AM. Attendee Lunch: Briefings & Black Badge Attendees will have access to their complimentary lunch in Hall D from 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM on Level 800 both Wednesday and Thursday. Food and beverage will also be available for purchase from the South Café on Level 700 from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM on Wednesday and Thursday. VIP Party: Wednesday from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM | Steam Whistle Brewing Open to all Black Badge Pass Holders, Executive Summit Attendees and Booth Staff Pass holders. You need your badge to get into the Party. Business Pass attendees need a wristband (limited number) from Fortinet to get into the Party.
