Across Insight EMEA we have volunteer STEM ambassadors, dedicated to driving activity within local schools, colleges, and universities, with the aim of promoting the exciting world of technology to young people from all backgrounds and encouraging them to consider a career in our industry.
Our volunteers lead initiatives including helping student with their CVs and interview techniques, and delivering workshops on a range of topics including cybersecurity and social media networking. In addition, our Teammate Resource Groups are heavily involved to guarantee that we are also reaching students with diverse backgrounds, and ensure equal opportunities for all.

Organisation Development
The Organisational Development team are responsible for the design, delivery, and analysis of people and organisation development strategies, and the management of change in order to support Insight’s strategic and operational plans.
Compensation & Benefits
The Compensation & Benefits team is responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing Insight’s compensation & benefits programmes. The team partner with the wider HR team to support with organisation design & restructures, commission, benchmarking, and pay equity, and Pay Review.
HRIS
The HRIS team is responsible for the evaluation, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of Insight’s HR systems. The team partner with the wider HR team to analyse existing functionality, make recommendations for process improvements to improve the user experience.
Dispute Resolution Team
The Dispute Resolution team continually strive to improve the customer experience, for both internal and external clients, and endeavour to expand new and existing client accounts. Collectively, the team holds cross-departmental knowledge of both Operations and Finance and uses this knowledge to communicate and collaborate with clients and other departments.
Financial Planning & Analysis
The Financial Planning & Analysis team have a variety of responsibilities, including engaging in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical activities that support Insight’s major business decisions and financial health. The team work closely with the business around commercial and business improvement projects, whilst also completing the close process, critical financial control process, and statutory filings.

The Financial Reporting & Control Team are responsible for the timely provision of accurate financial information, for both internal and external users, to support business planning, decision making, and compliance.
Partner Income
The Partner Income team is responsible for handling all cash considerations received from vendors, including sales rebates and the funding of marketing activity, and efficiently managing all aspects of processing this funding.
Accounts Payable
The Accounts Payable team is responsible for the recording and processing of all financial transactions relating to procurement and vendors. The team forges strong relationship with Insight’s vendors, processes invoices quickly, and ensures the timely and effective delivery of goods and services.
Credit & Collections
The Credit & Collections team is responsible for the payment of invoices in accordance with agreed terms for Insight’s products and services, ensuring that client accounts are accurately maintained, and resolving all queries efficiently, through the development of sound working relationships with both clients and Insight’s sales teams.

The Regional Marketing teams are responsible, respectively, for executing the EMEA wide marketing strategy, in line with the needs of the region, as well as informing and executing individual country marketing plans; embracing both traditional and digital communication methods to drive campaigns that deliver measurable business value.
Go-to-market
The Go-to-market team is responsible for enabling the marketing and selling of Insight’s solutions and services across EMEA. The team works with the services and solutions organization to develop value propositions, optimise messaging for various target audiences, contribute to campaigns, thought leadership, and events, and act as the voice of the customer.
Segment
The Segment Marketing team are responsible for creating compelling and disruptive campaigns for each segment that are client insight-led; pushing boundaries and driving innovation to support and expand existing accounts, as well as winning net new business.
Marketing Operations
The Marketing Operations team are responsible for managing the development and and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, and initiatives that support and improve the operations of the whole Marketing function. The team have a plethora of focusses, including efficient lead management, database health, and tracking performance in order to plan, conduct analysis and make recommendations.

The Campaigns team is responsible for understanding market trends and the need of our clients, and working with other teams across EMEA to deliver campaigns - inclusive of messaging, creative, and both paid and organic promotion, with metrics and reporting - that help to address these needs.

The Partner Marketing team manage Insight’s partner relationships, and works in collaboration with them to deliver specific marketing messaging. Through managing these relationships, and working to build marketing plans in line with business priorities, the team are driving the Insight brand, nurturing client decision processes, and driving lead pipeline.

The Digital Team are responsible for the marketing stack tools that Insight deploys as a business to reach our audience. This includes building and maintaining the web pages to support our various solutions and services, as well as creating and promoting different types of digital and interactive content.

The EMEA Legal team focuses on providing clear, accurate, relevant, and timely advice and guidance on a variety of legal topics relating to business sectors, products, and services.
The team is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements, and managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to Insight’s business.
The team also connects with and manage third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors, designs and delivers legal training to the business, and stays up to date with changes to legislation.

Pre-order Sales Support (POSS)
The POSS team – working closely with both sales and our vendors - is responsible for providing competitive pricing for our clients in a timely manner, ensuring that all product data is maintained, and handling requests from across EMEA around software licensing, upgrades, renewals, sales deals, and hardware.
Warehouse and Integration
The Warehouse & Integration team is responsible for the timely shipping of client orders and processing of incoming deliveries, inventory management, facilitation of value-added services - from simple device checking, to cloud-based deployments and server/storage configuration - and offering a range of basic and bespoke services on an individual basis.
Purchasing
The Purchasing team is responsible for PO placement, Backorder management, goods receipt for hardware, software, and skuable services, management of client inventory - ensuring that goods remain current and within agreed terms - and the day-to-day relationships with our distribution partners.
Facilities
The Facilities team is responsible for all Insight EMEA leased premises – from maintenance to health and safety requirements – including any necessary relocations, as well as working to ensure that we provide a productive and agile working environment for office-based, hybrid, and remote workers.

The Client Operations team is responsible for working with teams across the business to deliver positive customer outcomes, including creating client facing quotes and maintaining client web catalogues, proactively quoting for renewals to ensure client software is up to date, and managing any additional reporting that the client may request.

Our Uxbridge office is in the modern Charter Building, located at the heart of Uxbridge town centre. The office has its own parking for teammates and visitors, and is less than a ten minute drive from the M40 and M25 motorways; making it easily commutable from Berkshire, Surrey, and Hertfordshire. For those travelling by public transport, the office is just a five minute walk from Uxbridge Underground Station, which connects with both the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, as well as a number of bus routes.
The office itself hosts an in-house Coffee shop, complete with communal outdoor seating, where you can purchase freshly brewed coffee and tea, and a selection of hot and cold food. The office is also surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and cafes, as well as being a short walk from two shopping centres, making it the perfect location to enjoy lunch breaks with colleagues.

Organisation Development
The Organisational Development team are responsible for the design, delivery, and analysis of people and organisation development strategies, and the management of change in order to support Insight’s strategic and operational plans.
Compensation & Benefits
The Compensation & Benefits team is responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing Insight’s compensation & benefits programmes. The team partner with the wider HR team to support with organisation design & restructures, commission, benchmarking, and pay equity, and Pay Review.
HRIS
The HRIS team is responsible for the evaluation, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of Insight’s HR systems. The team partner with the wider HR team to analyse existing functionality, make recommendations for process improvements to improve the user experience.
Dispute Resolution Team
The Dispute Resolution team continually strive to improve the customer experience, for both internal and external clients, and endeavour to expand new and existing client accounts. Collectively, the team holds cross-departmental knowledge of both Operations and Finance and uses this knowledge to communicate and collaborate with clients and other departments.

Insight is committed to reducing our impact on the environment, and as such we are taking serious steps towards reducing carbon emissions, with our ultimate objective being to protect the environment for future generations. We remain dedicated to complying with all applicable environmental regulations, preventing pollution whenever possible, communicating our environmental commitment and efforts both internally and externally, and improving year on year through our programme of continual goal setting and monitoring.
EMEA Environmental Committee
Insight EMEA has created an Environmental Committee; meeting monthly to discuss progress, to identify new areas of investigation for improvement, and to ensure that the positive steps already being made are shared across our organisation with teammates, partners and clients alike.

Tree Nation
Insight’s partnership with Tree Nation has allowed us to start our very own Insight Fuchsia Forest. Where previously we have awarded teammates with physical award for milestones and achievements, we now plant trees on their behalf. As of November 2022, Insight has planted almost 8,000 trees with Tree Nation, and we expect this to rise exponentially thanks to the dedication and hard work of our employees.
Insight partners with Waste to Wonder, who deliver leading ethical office clearance services. By redistributing redundant office furniture and products – including laptops – not only do they help us to save on recycling costs, more importantly they help us to offset our environmental impact and create a legacy by enhancing educational opportunities for disadvantaged communities around the world.

EMEA Heart Days
We pride ourselves on truly living our core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony – with a special focus on ‘Heart’ when driving positive social change. We understand the importance of putting people at the centre of all that we do, and offering our support to one another. Initiatives focussing on STEM, Equality, and Community are pivotal to our Social Strategy, and volunteering our time and efforts to build a better future for those in the communities we operate in is natural to who we are.
Some examples our our Social initiatives:
We give each teammate, across EMEA, two paid days off per calendar year to give something back to the community. We ask our teammates to use these days to volunteer their time and effort into raising funds for, or otherwise supporting, a good cause, and we are filled with pride to see the great things they have achieved.
Our Focus on Human Rights
Ensuring that Human Rights are addressed and prioritised across our business, and extended to our supply chain, is critical to Insight. Our teammates receive mandatory training on Human Rights, and their importance both in and out of the workplace.
