Our Grimbergen office is in the modern KBC building, located at the heart of Grimbergen town. The office has its own parking for teammates and visitors and is less than a ten-minute drive from the N276 and N277 driveways, giving easy access for the big city of Brussels and diverse touristic points, per example the Atomium, located in Pl. de l’Atomium. For those travelling by public transport, the office is just a three-minute walk from the Esplanade Station. The office itself hosts an in-house coffee space, complete with communal indoor seating, where you can purchase a freshly and warm coffee. The area is also surrounded with a good quantity of restaurants options, as well as being a short two minutes’ walk from a big supermarket with fresh food and variety on their meal options, making an easy way to have a prepared meal without the need of travelling further away.

Grimbergen is particularly rich in castles, counting four of them on its territory, including the beautiful 17th century Renaissance-style Guldendal, and the ruins of the lords of Grimbergen's old keep now named the Prinsenkasteel. It also counts several farms dating from the 17th century as well as two medieval water mills.
Grimbergen is mostly known for its Norbertine abbey and the beer once brewed there.

EMEA Director of Talent
All our educational content is wrapped in an easy to use App, and backed up and facilitated by a team of expert certified trainers and coaches with the mission - helping people be the best version of themselves every day. Our teammates have 24/7 access to the Talent Navigator App, where they can find: • Access to internal coaching in a variety of areas. • Support for all levels of management experience through our selection of Leadership programmes. • Opportunities for development through self-enrolment to our workshops and development courses. • An ongoing series of Sales Enablement workshops cascading our high profile offerings whilst providing practical skills and tools to our Sales teammates. • Information on early careers entry point to the world of tech, including our EMEA Skills Academy. The only thing we ask of our teammates in return is that they put their learnings into practice - start small and build up over time to create the right habits and behaviours that will deliver successful outcomes.

ESG
Insight is committed to reducing our impact on the environment, and as such we are taking serious steps towards reducing carbon emissions, with our ultimate objective being to protect the environment for future generations. We remain dedicated to complying with all applicable environmental regulations, preventing pollution whenever possible, communicating our environmental commitment and efforts both internally and externally, and improving year on year through our programme of continual goal setting and monitoring.
EMEA Environmental Committee
Insight EMEA has created an Environmental Committee; meeting monthly to discuss progress, to identify new areas of investigation for improvement, and to ensure that the positive steps already being made are shared across our organisation with teammates, partners and clients alike.
Our Environmental Partnerships
Tree Nation
Insight’s partnership with Tree Nation has allowed us to start our very own Insight Fuchsia Forest. Where previously we have awarded teammates with physical award for milestones and achievements, we now plant trees on their behalf. As of November 2022, Insight has planted almost 8,000 trees with Tree Nation, and we expect this to rise exponentially thanks to the dedication and hard work of our employees.
Insight partners with Waste to Wonder, who deliver leading ethical office clearance services. By redistributing redundant office furniture and products – including laptops – not only do they help us to save on recycling costs, more importantly they help us to offset our environmental impact and create a legacy by enhancing educational opportunities for disadvantaged communities around the world.
Waste to Wonder.
EMEA Heart Days
We pride ourselves on truly living our core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony – with a special focus on ‘Heart’ when driving positive social change. We understand the importance of putting people at the centre of all that we do, and offering our support to one another. Initiatives focussing on STEM, Equality, and Community are pivotal to our Social Strategy, and volunteering our time and efforts to build a better future for those in the communities we operate in is natural to who we are. Some examples our our Social initiatives:
We give each teammate, across EMEA, two paid days off per calendar year to give something back to the community. We ask our teammates to use these days to volunteer their time and effort into raising funds for, or otherwise supporting, a good cause, and we are filled with pride to see the great things they have achieved.
Our Focus on Human Rights
Ensuring that Human Rights are addressed and prioritised across our business, and extended to our supply chain, is critical to Insight. Our teammates receive mandatory training on Human Rights, and their importance both in and out of the workplace.
ICT in the Community
As of 2022 we have been working with both Tier1 & Computer Aid; ensuring that all our end-of-life equipment is either properly recycled, channeled through systems in need of equipment for educational purposes, or redistributed to less fortunate communities around the world.
Insight is committed to building and strengthening a culture of ethics and integrity. The fundamental principles of law and ethics govern the way Insight does business. Insight strives to serve as an excellent representation of corporate citizen by making a positive impact on the global community. This means conducting business with integrity. We seek to maintain and promote high standards of corporate governance by which we engage in business and conduct operations.
