Promote a Culture of Appreciation with Nomination Programs
Brad is an HR leader tasked with running his company’s core value nomination program. He wants to make sure that employees can vote for their teammate who best exhibited the different company values and reward them with a nice gift.
In the past Brad has had to conduct nomination programs through a tedious process involving:
Distribution of deadlines and submission forms to all employees
Creating of spreadsheet to record all data
Summarizing of data for final scoring
This year, he is excited to use the Inspirus platform to make the process faster, easier and stress-free.
Step 1
Setting Up the Nomination Program
Brad reaches out to the Inspirus team to set up a nomination program and create a form to collect submissions for the end-of-year nomination program. He asks questions such as “What company value are you nominating this person for?” and “Why does this person deserve this nomination?”
Gathering Nominations
Brad is ready to collect the nominations. He sends out a notification to the entire team informing them how to
submit their nominations.
Step 2
The response is immediate and Brad is elated that he doesn’t have to track people down to submit nomination forms.
Tallying the Nominations
Brad, with the help of his executive team, needs to review the votes and approve the winners of the nomination program. He goes into the platform, reviews each nomination, and works with his team to determine who is eligible to win. After analysis, Brad has his winners for the company's 5 different values.
Step 3
Announcing the Awards
Brad is elated that Inspirus simplified his nomination process. He hosts the company rewards at their holiday party and shares the winners with the team.
Meanwhile, within the Inpirus Platform, he approves the winners and acknowledges the runner ups. The platform automatically sends point rewards to the winners and at the same time sends a heartfelt message to those who
were runner-ups.
Step 4
The leadership team thanks him for his hard work and Brad feels confident that his program made a lasting impact for his team. He is excited to run additional nomination programs throughout the year.

Jessica is part of a large team that is encouraged to nominate each other for their efforts. She recently worked alongside Sarah to land a new client.
Sarah’s work was critical
to the success of the
client, however, did not
go noticed by most of
the team. Jessica
wants to nominate
her for her hard work.
Nominating Her Co-Worker
Jessica logs into the platform to nominate Sarah.
She clicks "Recognize Others".
Meet Brad.
Instant and Genuine Recognition
Once the submissions are approved, Sarah also receives an email notifying her of the nomination. She opens the email and clicks the link,
taking her to an opening experience where she
is thanked for her hard work on the new sale.
Sarah receives her reward and shops online for the gift of her choosing!
Both Jessica and Sarah experience an improved bond with each other, knowing that hard work did not go unnoticed. As a result, Jessica continues to include Sarah in these projects moving forward!
Nomination programs, through the Inspirus platform, encourage colleagues to acknowledge hard work amongst each other and provide an opportunity for organizations to automate year-end rewards.

Meet Jessica.
Jessica fills out the nomination form to thank Sarah for her contributions. She recommends that Sarah receive a $50 points reward for her role in the successful acquisition of a new client. Because the nomination program has its own dedicated budget, Jessica can choose from a predefined list of point values, making it easier for HR to track spending independently. Jessica submits the nomination and waits to hear back from the HR team.
A few days later, she receives notification that her submission was approved. She is elated that Sarah gets rewarded for her efforts!
Brad reaches out to the Inspirus team to set up a nomination program in Connects and create a form to collect submissions for the end-of-year nomination program. He asks questions such as “What company value are you nominating this person for?” and “Why does this person deserve this nomination?”
