Over 4,800 medical professionals work for International SOS including highly trained doctors, medics, nurses, pharmacists, radiographers, and laboratory technologists. Together they provide medical assistance through our global Assistance Centre teams. Ranging from medical information & advice, arrangement of medical care through an extensive global provider network, conducting medical transportation and providing medical care on client sites. As innovators of global digital health services, we have 654 tele-enabled providers in 113 countries (including providers formally assessed as well as those not). Our health consulting expertise includes but is not limited to, infectious diseases and tropical medicine, epidemiology, occupational health, emergency medicine, aeromedicine, dive medicine and public health. International SOS employs over 1,400 doctors with an array of specialisations including pandemic preparedness and management, family medicine, gynaecology/obstetrics, paediatrics, physical therapy, psychiatry and counselling, dentistry, nutrition, and wellness.

In 2021, the digital features of Workforce Resilience service supported 2,600 clients with the ability to locate 5.5 million employees and manage 11.8 million trips via Tracker. We provided accurate & timely information on changing security and health threats in each location via 53,000 alerts. Our information services are all available in English, with some services or content in 13 other languages. In 2021, we educated 2,200 clients via Digital Learning.

OUR SOLUTIONS
The digital features of Workforce Resilience service serve as a complement to our assistance offering, providing our subscribers with web-based tools to prepare for health and security risks. These features help our clients fulfil their Duty of Care to their global workforce. They include expert-led medical and security information & advice, a dedicated web portal, Digital Learning courses, workforce location monitoring and emergency communications tools and our award-winning Assistance App. We also offer a resource library of 2,200 documents including location guides, city guides, reports, and videos. In 2023, the digital features of our Workforce Resilience service supported clients with the ability to locate 7.7 million employees through Tracker. We provided accurate & timely information on changing security and health threats in each location via 8731 security alerts and 409 medical alerts. In 2023, total emails delivered to clients reached almost 20 million.
